Here we have tried to answer some of the most commonly asked questions about the learning platform. Please take a minute to see if we have addressed your question or issue.

Getting Started

How do I sign-in/login?

Click on the “Sign in" link in the top right corner of the browser. Insert your email address and password to login.

I purchased a subscription. How do I access my video or videos?

If you are not logged in go to the “Sign In" link in the header of the site. Click this link, sign-in and you will be directed to your “Dashboard". From here you can see where you left off, your Queue, and History. To add a video to your “Queue”, scroll over a video and click the “+” button. From the Queue you can resume a video at any time.

How do I access or download associated materials?

If there are downloadable resources available with a video, they will be available immediately below the video. You can also select to download a .zip file of every document made available for this course or session.

Manage My Account

I already purchased a video or video subscription. How do I sign-in?

Click on the “Sign in" link in the top right corner of the browser. Insert your email address and password to login.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

There is a link on all sign-in forms to help you recover your password. Just choose "Sign In" in the top right corner of the browser, click the "forgot?” button above the password field, and follow the instructions.

I would like to update my new email address.

Once you have logged-in you will be redirected to your “Dashboard”. Next, click on the dropdown arrow by your user name at the top right of the page. Then choose “Account” from the dropdown. Click the “Edit Account” button. From here you can enter the new email address and edit any other user info that you would like associated with your account.

I would like to update my credit card on file.

Once you have logged-in you will be redirected to your “Dashboard”. Next, click on the dropdown arrow by your user name at the top right of the page. Then choose “Account” from the dropdown. Click the “Edit Card Info” button. From here you can securely enter your new credit card information.

I would like to change my password.

Once you have logged-in you will be redirected to your “Dashboard”. Next, click on the dropdown arrow by your user name at the top right of the page. Then choose “Account” from the dropdown. Click the “Edit Account” button. From here you can enter a new password to be associated with the account.

How will my subscription be billed?

Monthly Subscriptions:

If you purchased a monthly subscription your credit card will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date each month until you cancel or your card is declined. E.G. If you signed up July 12 th, your credit card will be billed each month on the 12th.

Yearly Subscriptions:

If you purchased a yearly subscription your credit card will be billed on the yearly anniversary of your sign-up date each year until you cancel or your card is declined. E.G. If you signed up July 12 th , 2014, your credit card will be billed again automatically on July 12th 2015.

Accessing Your Video(s)

How do I sign-in/login?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of video courses you can purchase.

What Browsers are Supported?

Web Browsers:

We support the latest version of Google Chrome (which automatically updates whenever it detects that a new version of the browser is available). We support the current and previous major releases of Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari on a rolling basis.

Can I watch my videos on an iPad or tablet?

Our video site was built to work on all iPads and tablets. Layouts, scrolling or displays may vary depending on the device you have.

Can I watch my videos on my iPhone or smartphone?

Our video site is accessible on any smartphone.

Is Internet Access Required?

An Internet connection is required. We recommend that you have a good broadband or network connection for the optimal experience.

Refunds and Cancellations

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

International Orders

All credit card charges are automatically transacted in U.S. dollars.

Expired Credit Cards

Credit cards can expire for a number of reasons – cards expire or can be stolen and reissued. If you are aware that the credit card we have on file is out of date or no longer valid please update your card details by logging-in and clicking on the dropdown arrow by your user name at the top right of the page. Choose “Account” from the dropdown. Click the “Edit Card Info” button. From here you can securely enter your new credit card information.

How do I cancel a video subscription?

You can cancel anytime. Once you have logged-in you will be redirected to your “Dashboard”. Next, click on the dropdown arrow by your user name at the top right of the page. Then choose “Account” from the dropdown. Click the “Cancel Account” button. You will no longer be charged on the date provided to you, but you will be able to log-in for the remainder of the period you have purchased.

We also work with all of the major browsers and versions Internet Explorer (7,8, and 9), Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, etc.

Basically, if you can view videos on YouTube or any other major video site, you should be all set.

Where can I find the video discussion board?

Most videos have a discussion area where you can engage in discussion with other users. Simply add your comment or reply to an existing discussion.
